CUSTOM ORDERS & CUSTOMER APPROVAL POLICY

Ausban Blanks specializes in customized apparel and made-to-order products.

Customer-Provided Designs

Customers may provide logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, measurements, specifications, or other materials for use in customized products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use the submitted materials.

Design Approval

Where applicable, customers may receive mockups, specifications, or other order details for review before production.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the approved information carefully before production begins.

Production

Once a customized order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible without additional costs or production delays.

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate sizes.

Because customized products are produced specifically for each order, incorrect size selection by the customer generally does not qualify for a return or refund unless required by applicable law or the product was manufactured incorrectly.

Manufacturing Variations

Minor variations in color, placement, texture, embroidery, printing, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur as part of the production process.

Material discrepancies that materially differ from the approved order will be reviewed by Ausban Blanks on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Confirmation

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that customized products require a dedicated production process and that the order information provided by the customer will be used to manufacture the merchandise.
